Staging Consultation & Detailed Action Plan
This service is for the Do-It-Yourself, who
realizes that with a detailed plan , they will
know exactly what needs to be done.
Asheville Stagers will completely analyze your
home and provide a written assessment. The
Detailed Action Plan includes a prioritized list
of needed improvements, implementation
strategies, and a check list for you to follow
while presenting your home. We will review your
detailed plan with you, so that you can stage
your home successfully. Anyone selling a home
can benefit from the Detailed Action Plan!
Fee: $175.00 for Occupied Properties under
2,500 square feet. $225.00 for homes above 2,500
square feet.

If the Property Owner has purchased the
"Staging Consultation & Detailed Action Plan"
package from Asheville Stagers and then decides,
within 30 days, to have Asheville Stagers
complete the staging, the amount paid for
consultation/plan package will be deducted from
the "full or partial staging by Asheville
Stagers" cost.

e-Staging:
Don't want
someone to come to your home? Would you prefer
to read a report in privacy? Trying to stretch
your budget? Asheville Stagers has the answer
with our new e-Staging service. Simply contact
us via phone or email (info@ashevillestagers.com)
and we'll do a remote consultation to find out
what you have and what you want. Then, you can
email or paper mail us photos, blueprints, or
whatever materials you have. Asheville Stagers
will create a full report that includes an
overview and the fixes that you can implement as
your time and budget permit. We'll suggest
everything from "Move table to this specific
area" to "Place a medium size pillow in a shade
of sage green on this chair." Contact us for

One of my greatest accomplishments this year was hiring Leslie Godbold of Asheville Stagers to prepare my house for sale. This was not an easy assignment as my house is on 3 levels and just over 4300 square feet.
